WEED™AI leadership
Darin founded a boutique M&A firm that quickly grew into a regional investment bank. At its helm, Darin closed 30+ M&A deals which combined for total valuations of more than $500 million, and ultimately lead the company to an acquisition.
He then acquired a small brewery in Florida and within 4 years turned it into one of the top 50 craft breweries in the United States, with 30,000 points of sale across 8 states, for a growth of 30X.
Today he is CEO of Weed Holdings LLC.
In her career, she has served as a financial leader of Andromeda Pay, and then went on to serve ECX Management & Franklin Hamilton Insurance.
Marlen later took on the role of CFO of Imperial Designs where she oversaw a multi million dollar Web2 enterprise.
Today she serves as CFO of Weed Holdings LLC, overseeing all financial operations.
He later lead a local brewery to a Top 50 National standing in the country out of 10,000 beer companies nationwide in less than two years.
Ian has secured partnerships with Learfield Sports (Florida State Official Partnership), The Jacksonville Jaguars, and the PGA.
Today he is the COO of Weed Holdings LLC.
